HOW WE SUPPORT A LEARNER
Every learner’s needs are different.
Support is shaped around the individual learner, their educational environment and the barriers affecting their ability to access and progress through school.
1. IDENTIFY THE NEED
We work with families and schools to understand the learner’s circumstances, educational needs and the barriers affecting their access to education.
2. SHAPE THE SUPPORT
We identify the practical, educational and specialised support that may help address those barriers and respond to the learner’s individual needs.
3. SUPPORT AND REVIEW
As funding becomes available, support is provided according to the learner’s identified needs, with progress reviewed alongside families and schools.
